What the demo leaves out
The demo runs only in your browser, so it skips the parts of a real signing that need the server.
- The email. A real recipient opens the link from an invitation email and does not need an account.
- The final PDF. In a real signing, SignClearly builds the file with the signature, the name, the date and a certificate page, and both sides can download it.
- The event log. Each real step is recorded with the time, who acted and the IP address. What the event log proves.
The ID check. When the sender asks for one, the recipient shows an ID document and takes a selfie with a third-party identity service before signing. How the ID check works.
The digital signature. In a real signing, the browser creates a one-time key and signs the PDF with it, and SignClearly issues a certificate for that key. Why we run our own CA.
Send your own document
Upload a PDF, place the signature, name and date fields and send the link to one recipient. You pay per document with credits, and a new account starts with none. Pricing lists the packs, and how it works covers the sender's side.
